By installing or using PinFlow ("the App"), provided by PinFlow("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PinFlow is an AI-powered assistant designed for Shopify merchants to manage their Pinterest presence, design professional pins, and maintain consistent scheduling. The App interacts directly with your Shopify store data to facilitate content creation.

3. Account Requirements

• You must have a valid Shopify account to use the App.
• You must connect a valid Pinterest business account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and passwords.
• You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including spamming or violating Pinterest's community guidelines.

4. User Responsibilities

While PinFlow provides tools to ensure consistent and anti-spam posting, you are solely responsible for the content published to your Pinterest account. You retain all responsibility for complying with Pinterest's Acceptable Use Policies. We are not liable for any suspension or termination of your Pinterest account.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the product images, data, and content you provide through your Shopify store. We retain all intellectual property rights to the PinFlow App, including its software, AI generation prompts, and interface designs.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PinFlow, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of sales, data, or reputation due to platform downtime or API issues.
